I am Christine Scheib, creator of the FACE Method® and Your FACE Designer — the designer at your side when you want to shape your face deliberately.
The path
Almost 30 years of working with faces.
I have worked with faces for almost three decades. Out of my practice and my own research into the anatomy of the facial muscles came the FACE Method®: a system of targeted exercises that trains the face the way good strength training builds the body — with progression, precision and patience.
I have guided more than 1,000 women with it. Along the way I made the observation that led to this brand: more and more young women don't want to repair their face someday — they want to shape it early and deliberately. Jawline, cheeks, eye area, lips.
Your FACE Designer is my answer: facial design as a craft. Individually composed programs from age 20 to 25 onwards, built on the FACE Method® — as precise as a scalpel, just without the scalpel.

The FACE Method® carries both brands. At facetraining.ch, I guide women 35+ who want to preserve and build their facial structure. Your FACE Designer is for the younger ones: deliberate contour shaping, long before preservation becomes the topic.
