Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the relationship between CuraCap Schweiz GmbH (Your FACE Designer brand, the Provider) and the customer in the version valid at the time of booking.

The subject is individual FACE Design training programs built on the FACE Method® (services), not the sale of goods.

The presentation of programs and terms on this website is an invitation to make contact, not a binding offer. The contract is concluded by an explicit booking confirmation from the Provider.

NOTE: Payment and invoicing are not processed via this website. They are handled separately through the systems of CuraCap Schweiz GmbH.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). The entry point starts at CHF 350 for one exercise. The scope of a program is agreed individually and communicated in text form before the contract is concluded.

The prices communicated at the time of booking are authoritative.

Payment is made in Swiss francs. For payments from abroad, your payment provider may charge foreign-currency, conversion or card fees over which we have no influence.

FACE Design is a training offering built on the FACE Method®. Training success depends substantially on the customer carrying out the exercises independently and regularly. The Provider owes the careful teaching of the method, not a particular result.

FACE Design does not constitute a medical or curative treatment.

Everything starts with a personal initial consultation via Zoom. Afterwards the provider analyzes the client's face and puts together the individual FACE Design program. The exercises are taught step by step, because precision matters.

The client carries out the daily training on her own at home. Analysis and guidance take place by video call.

Scheduled individual appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before they begin, by email to christine@yourfacedesigner.com, by phone or via WhatsApp. The scope of the booked program remains unaffected; no session is forfeited.

If cancelled later, or in the event of a no-show, there is no entitlement to a prompt replacement appointment. The replacement appointment is subject to the next available opening. In the event of illness or an emergency, a new appointment is arranged together as quickly as possible.

The free initial consultation can be cancelled at any time at no cost; the provider asks for timely notice. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and EEA remains unaffected by this provision.

Swiss law applies. For consumers habitually resident in a Member State of the EU or the EEA, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their state of residence remain unaffected by this choice of law (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation); information on the statutory right of withdrawal can be found on the “Withdrawal” page.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the seat of CuraCap Schweiz GmbH (Canton of Solothurn), unless mandatory consumer jurisdictions apply.
