FAQ

Honest answers.

What you want to know about FACE Design — without marketing fog: mechanism, distinctions, effort, expectations.

Christine Scheib demonstrating an exercise for the eye area

From what age does FACE Design make sense?

Programs start from age 20 to 25. FACE Design is deliberate contour shaping — jawline, cheeks, eye area, lips. There is no "too early" for that: the sooner the muscles work deliberately, the more stable the foundation. Upwards the line is fluid; from around 35, the FACE Method® at facetraining.ch is usually the better frame.

How is FACE Design different from face yoga?

Face yoga is unspecific: general exercises that largely move the skin. FACE Design works with individual, precisely targeted muscles following the progression of the FACE Method® — like structured strength training, just for the face. That is why every program is composed individually rather than copied from a video playlist.

How does Your FACE Designer differ from facetraining.ch?

Both brands belong to Christine Scheib and build on the FACE Method®. facetraining.ch is for women 35+ who want to preserve and build their facial structure. Your FACE Designer is for the under-35s: deliberately shaping and defining contours — design rather than preservation.

How individual is my program, really?

Completely. There is no standard course: Christine composes your program by age, face shape, focus (eyes, lips, nose or jawline) and intensity. Two women with the same goal receive different programs if their faces are different.

How long until I see something?

It's individual, and there are no guarantees. Facial muscles respond to training stimuli like any muscle — often noticeable early (some report muscle soreness in the face), visible over weeks of regular training. What matters is consistency, not the length of each session.

Does FACE Design replace my skincare?

No — it works on a different level. Skincare looks after the skin at the surface; FACE Design trains the musculature underneath, which carries your contours. The two complement each other: good care for the skin, targeted training for the form.

Does it work online?

Yes. Facial training needs no studio and no equipment — only precise guidance and consistency. Analysis, program and support work independent of location; you train wherever it fits your day.
